It's actually a factory Remington Target Tactical. I added the scope and bipod of course but the rest is factory. It has the 5R Tactical rifling. Stock is a Bell and Carlson Medalist. Right now it is punching clay pidgeons at 500 yards consistently. Going to a friends later next week to push it out to 900 yards. He has the perfect setup. Open flat pasture with a bluff for a backstop.
